Do you pass Google’s mobile test?

unette-mobile-web-test-googleGoogle announced in February they would be  changing their websites ranking search algorithm. Now your ranking will be directly affected by if  your website is optimized for mobile devices. Google contended that as more people search for products and services on their phones, websites should be easy to navigate on these smaller screens.

On April 21st 2015, Google implemented their new algorithm which enforced if any website wasn’t optimized for mobile, you would see a dramatic drop in ranking. This could be devastating if your business depends on lead generation from your website.

Unette Corporation Mobile Website

IMG_5161

In response to Google’s new mobile algorithm, effective April 21, 2015, we created a mobile responsive site for Unette Corporation, see it at  – m.Unette.com

We created a separate mobile website which complemented the graphic treatment of Unette’s primary domain website, www.Unette.com. We designed and coded this domain so that when a mobile-user visited the primary site, they would automatically be redirected to the responsive mobile site, which features a “burger” menu to more easily navigate on smaller mobile screens. Rather than completely recreating the primary site, Graphic Matter offered this solution as a budget friendly means of maximizing their SEO, in response to Google’s new algorithm.
