Graphic Matter Inc. is a uniquely qualified supplier for managers of corporate graphics, communications and marketing departments. We are eager to build partnerships with prime contractors who are looking to add depth and breadth to their current offering for their corporate clients, while assisting them in their diversity supplier objectives.
Because Graphic Matter�s origin is founded in our experience as a corporate in-house design studio, we really understand that each client may prefer a different working relationship and/or workflow. Tell us what you need. Our goal is to maximize your productivity.

Graphic Matter team resources are assigned based on the project needs and skill sets required. We approach each project with creativity, flexibility and craftsmanship in mind � to provide creative, practical results within your business parameters. We are very comfortable working in either a primary creative resource role or in a supporting relationship to creative resources already in place (either in-house or contracted).
The Graphic Matter team consists of several designer/project managers who have solid experience working with corporate clients on either a per-project, on-call basis, or as dedicated account managers, as well as designers, on that account. A dedicated project team may be assigned if a need is indicated by volume, complexity and/or consistency. This degree of flexibility and cross-training provides smooth and consistent coverage of your needs at all times.
- Formal or Informal? We tailor our process to be most compatible with the client�s internal work processes. Some of our clients like to work with us in a formal, project-based proposal format. With others, our relationship may be on an informal, on-call status, where we function as an extension of your internal team.
- Strategic or Tactical? Some clients may prefer to retain the creative development role, while Graphic Matter performs the technical execution and implementation of your concept. Others request a full suite of services ranging from marketing strategy and consulting services through creative production and print-buying services.
- Supplier Diversity Expertise � We understand how to work within corporate branding guides, procurement protocol and e-commerce applications [i.e. Ariba, Perfect Commerce].
- Expertise in Professional Services � In addition to traditional marketing collateral, we can create custom templates in your preferred software applications and then instruct your staff on how to edit and maintain them. Our background includes over 10 years in the design and production of large manuals and books, which require a unique understanding of version control, edition and translation management.
